The East Wing

- Your Information Pack -

Welcome! Your Information Pack contains everything you need to know for a smooth start to your stay with us in The East Wing. We hope you enjoy your stay in The East Wing and you have a wonderful holiday with us!

Where are my keys?

You will find your keys in the key safe, to the right of the front door, on your arrival. The keys in the key safe open the two entrance doors. There is a second set of keys on the coat hooks that will open the doors to your outside area at the front of the East Wing (accessed via the door at the top of the three steps in the living room and turn left). Please contact us in advance of your stay to obtain the code for the key safe.

When is my arrival time?

Your keys will be available in your key safe from 3pm on your arrival day. You can arrive anytime from 3pm onwards.

When is my departure time?

Check-out is by 10am on your departure day.  Please return the keys to the key safe, and leave the cottage as you would like to find it.

Where should I park my car?

Please park in your allocated space marked “East Wing Parking” (see the Sutherland Cottages Site Map). Please be considerate of others on site, and watch out for other guests, especially children. (Large version here).

Where is my outside space?

Your outside space is the patio area by the vines. You are also very welcome to help yourself to the herbs in the herb garden in front of the greenhouse (please only take what you need!) Please note that the garden around the main house, including the lawn, is private. A cat lives in the main house, and you might see him around. He’s very curious and friendly, but please do not feed him! Please be careful if you decide to pet him: he does not like his stomach being touched. Please be especially careful with children. He is kept in the main house overnight.

If you have a question during your stay, do email us, or call us on our mobile numbers listed in your welcome email!
