To find us from the south:
From M5, take exit 22 for Weston-super-Mare and follow A38 towards Weston. In a couple of miles at the roundabout take the first exit onto the A370 towards Weston-super-Mare. Follow the A370 for about five miles and then take the third exit at the roundabout. The hospital will be on your left as you go round the roundabout. Continue straight for about one mile on Broadway and then take the second exit at the mini-roundabout. This is Oldmixon Road, which will take you into Hutton village. 

The property is on this main road, number 159. 
As you enter the village the road narrows slightly by a couple of white farm houses, which will be on your left.  Immediately after this, take the first left into Sutherland Drive and the property is accessed through the first gate on your right. Continue straight along the drive past the main house on your right. Drive past the wall on your left.

The Old Stable parking is to the left by the greenhouse, The Old Cottage parking is to the right alongside the cottage and The East Wing parking is to the right in front of the sign 'East Wing Parking'.

To find us from the north:
From M5 take exit 21 for Weston-super-Mare and follow A370 towards Weston. Follow this road for about three miles, crossing straight over three roundabouts. Take the first exit at the roundabout by ASDA and Waitrose onto Winterstoke Road. After about one mile take the first exit on a mini roundabout towards Hutton. This is Oldmixon Road, which will take you into Hutton village.
